Rise supporting one of the north's biggest housing providers
RISE has been appointed to deliver a culture review for one of the biggest housing associations in the north to help support their ambitious growth plans.
Our team recently started working with Vico Homes to evaluate their current organisational culture, including values, principles, interactions, communication channels, leadership styles and the overall environment.
Having rebranded from Wakefield and District Homes to Vico Homes earlier this year and also celebrated 20 years in business, the review will help prepare for an ambitious step change across the organisation. It will seek to identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement to enhance productivity, engagement and staff well-being.
With over 1,400 staff and more than 32,000 homes across the Wakefield District, Vico is on a journey of ambitious growth. They recently acquired over 400 homes from Sage Homes and plan to build 1,500 new homes over the next three years.
Commenting on the appointment, RISE director Matt Baker said: “There is a housing emergency and we are delighted to be working with Vico to help them address this and support their vision of better futures and vibrant communities.
“Vico wishes to develop an open, inclusive and high performing culture and we will be engaging with staff, analysing data and looking at every aspect of their workplace to help develop a clear route to achieve this.”
